Your brain has too many tabs open.

You’re focused on what’s trending instead of worrying about reconnecting.

The art of conversation is one many no longer possess.

When we’ve had a rough day, we vent to a wall, tarnishing it with hashtags and sad faces instead of talking to the person sitting right next to us.

We constantly consider the most attractive selfie light, what filter looks the best and how people will ‘like’ a photo that means less than nothing the moment we log out.

Is X- PRO or Valencia the right way to go?

Nothing is more impersonal than an attempt at affection through a screen. Nothing beats actually being there.

A digital detox isn’t too far from the truth.
