Sentraal get ready to cross the border to take on Piet Retief

Sentraal are again in action tonight when they come up against Piet Retief in Piet Retief

After a bitterly disappointing weekend against Vryheid, the T-Shirts for Africa Sentraal rugby sides moved out of first gear and demolished the hard fighting and never give up on the Mighty Buffalo teams at the Dundee High School fields on Saturday.
The second side ran in nine tries in beating their Buffalo counterparts 60 – 14. Tries were scored by lock Dani Zwane (4), centre Chris Engelbrecht (2) while, wing Siyabonga Xaba, wing Buthi Zulu and flanker Siyabonga Hadebe each dotted down once. Flyhalf, Joff Davies, converted six of the tries and also slotted a penalty.
Forwards man of the match was Dani Zwane and in the backline, Chris Engelbrecht.

Sentraal’s first team ran havoc against the Buffalo’s first team, scoring 16 tries to win 110-0.
The home team’s pack dominated with Waldo Herbst and Johann Bacher mopping up the line outs and kick-offs. Flanker, Gert Aucamp and eighth man, Danie Vermaak, played as if they had another appointment – so fast they were.
The backline scored 13 of the tries with centre Charles Dube (5), wing Xander Kriel (3), centre Dolf Redelinghuis (2), flyhalf Pierre Booysen (2) and replacement wing, Chris Engelbrecht all going under the poles. Other tries were scored by flanker Gert Aucamp, lock Johann Bacher and hooker, Tshapelo Nkoto. Forwards man of the match was Gert Aucamp and among the backs, Pierre Booysen, was man of the match.
Sentraal thank all their supporters. Their next game is tonight,  Friday,  away at Piet Retief.
