Ikageng Police Station has been temporarily closed due to confirmed cases of Covid-19.
According to Brig. Sabata Mokgwabone, the police spokesperson, the police station was closed after members tested positive for the virus.
“The main building will be undergoing decontamination today (1 July), while members who have been in contact with the infected member/s are undergoing screening and testing,” he said. The Community Service Centre (CSC) will be operating at Block B, located at the station. The contact details of the police station remain the same. The telephone number is 018 295 9808. The communities will be informed when the station reopens.
