Ferdies learner gets recognition for crime prevention efforts

Faseeha Sooliman has been appointed as Junior District Commissioner for the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District.

Faseeha Sooliman, a grade 9 learner at Ferdinand Postma High School, has been selected to serve as Acting Ambassador for Youth Crime Prevention and the promotion of safer learning environments.
Faseeha has also been appointed as Junior District Commissioner for the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District. This is a testament of her leadership and commitment to the cause.
Last week, Faseeha and her fellow Ferdies learners, Astelicia Rolls and Natalie Kaunda joined learners from Potch Girls High and HTS Potch at SAPS Potchefstroom for a Bullying & Gender-Based Violence (GBV) awareness campaign.
“We are incredibly proud of this outstanding achievement and wish her every success in the important work that lies ahead,” stated Ferdies on their Facebook page.
