Navraag is by die JB Marks munisipaliteit gedoen, maar teen die tyd van publikasie, is geen terugvoer ontvang nie.

An emergency and after-hours cellphone number (078 803 1570) was announced, but is now also out of service. The Herald called the numbers repeatedly on Sunday, March 8 and Monday, March 9, without success.

Enquiries were made to the JB Marks local municipality, but by the time of publication, no response had been received.
