The NWU women’s Varsity Hockey team currently have a 50% record after two wins and two losses after the first weekend of the competition in Cape Town at the UCT Astro.

• NWU 6 – NMU Madibaz 2
• NWU 1 – Kovsies 4
• NWU 0 – Tuks 3
