North West showed their intent on home turf last week with a well-deserved third place at the u.13B Northern Regional Tournament on the NWU Astroturf in Potchefstroom from 17 to 21 June.

North West showed their mettle in the third/fourth place match against Mpumalanga with a hard-fought 1–0 win, thanks to a superb goal from Waldo Schoeman.
