The first semi-final of the 2021 Momentum One Day Cup is currently underway at Senwes Park in Potchefstroom between the undefeated Dolphins and the Cobras.

The Dolphins chose to field first and got an early breakthrough when Prenelan Subrayen got rid of the dangerous Pieter Malan for 1. Tony de Zorzi and Jason Smith rebuilt the innings with a 50-run partnership, but an inspired bowling chance saw Ottneil Baartman take two quick wickets to leave the Cobras on 94/3 after 21 overs. The second semi-finals start tomorrow at Senwes Park with the Lions taking on the Knights.
