North West Golf wins two national titles in October

The team consisted of Bernard Meyer (Potchefstroom), Divan Mostert, Leon Bevan (Manager), Leonard Bevan (all 3 Klerksdorp), Janko van der Merwe (Magalies Park) Henré Naude, Stef Kruger, Jordan Goosen (All 3 Rustenburg), Luc Gavagnin (Peacanwood) and Rigard Mathee (Manager Lichtenburg) .

The NW High School team won the SA High School Interprovincial in Sasolburg beating overnight leaders Gauteng North on the final day.

The team consisted of Bernard Meyer (Potchefstroom), Divan Mostert, Leon Bevan (Manager), Leonard Bevan (all 3 Klerksdorp), Janko van der Merwe (Magalies Park) Henré Naude, Stef Kruger, Jordan Goosen (All 3 Rustenburg), Luc Gavagnin (Peacanwood) and Rigard Mathee (Manager Lichtenburg).

Bernard Meyer was also the overall individual winner, and Divan Mostert runner up and Jano van der Merwe fourth. The NW Mid Amateur team for players over the age of  won their Interprovincial after being undefeated during the week held in Bela-Bela.

The team consisted of Johan Krugel, Wilko Lauwrens, (both Rustenburg), Christo Peens, Gerrie Badenhorst (both Potchefstroom) Noc Weber, george Wolhuter (both Mooinooi, Patrick Maichotlo (Klerksdorp) and Dougie Mc Cabe (Magalies Park) whilst Leon Bevan managed the team.
