Sports day inspires Promosa youth through fun and fitness

In recognition of their outstanding sportsmanship, all participants were awarded with a prize.

The “Rise To Shine” Athletics Sports Day, was held on September 27 in Marikana, Promosa, in collaboration with Lilla-Ann Adams, Mature Elite Model for 2025 and National Imbokodo Award Winner, was a triumphant celebration of sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy living among local children.

The event featured a diverse range of engaging activities designed to promote physical fitness, coordination, and camaraderie. Participants enthusiastically took part in dancing , relay races, egg and spoon challenges, and a thrilling game of tug of war, showcasing their skills and determination.

In recognition of their outstanding sportsmanship, all participants were awarded with a prize and enjoyed a nutritious lunch, fostering a sense of achievement and motivation.

This initiative underscores the significance of physical activity and community engagement in shaping the lives of young people. By promoting healthy lifestyles and teamwork, we can empower the next generation to reach their full potential.
