New committee for Road Runners
Pietersburg Road Runners (PRR) recently held their annual meeting and selected a new committee.
POLOKWANE – The new PRR committee is as follows:
Johan van der Merwe (Treasurer), Martin Potgieter (Clubhouse Manager), Colinda Potgieter (Chairperson), Johanna Mashishi (Female Development), Jacoline Potgieter (Social), Evelyn Cloete (Social and Support), Antonette Mynhardt (Secretary), Werner Potgieter (Social and Marketing), Bethuel Netshifhefhe (Male Development), Jess van Ronder (Club Captain) and Phuti Mohale (Membership Welfare).
PRR will also be celebrating their eighth birthday on November 04, which marks another milestone for the club.
During the meeting the club also decided to put a stop to the monthly fees, and from January 2017, athletes will pay a minimal registration fee which will allow them to be a member of the club for a full year and will also include an Athletics South Africa (ASA) Limpopo Athletics (LIMA) license for the year.
“PRR supports athletes from different fitness levels, from a beginner to a Comrades competitor, are more than welcome to join the Club” said Colinda Potgieter (Chairperson).
