Tidy Towns Amanzimtoti beautifies Doonside

Doonside received some much-needed tender loving care from the Tidy Towns Amanzimtoti team, which worked hard to revamp the area.

TIDY TOWNS Amanzimtoti continues to strive toward a beautiful community and recently worked on a project to revamp the corner of Doonside Main Road and Leslie Road.

The team of Good Samaritans, led by Tidy Towns Amanzimtoti committee member Kenneth Piater, joined hands with the Tidy Towns Team. The NPO is showing no signs of slowing down their noble community quest after bidding farewell to long-time co-ordinator, Michelle Dunnet.

In a social media post, Tidy Towns Amanzimtoti expressed thanks to the team for their efforts.

“While one person can make an impact, it takes a whole community to keep our town beautiful. That’s where you come in,” it said.
