Those who have applied for their identification documents and have been waiting are advised to seize the opportunity. To reduce queues, make use of the Branch Appointment Booking System (BABS), which is available on the DHA Website.

The department also allows clients, who may not have an opportunity to book appointments, to visit as walk-ins, and they will be assisted to collect their IDs and passports.

You are also able to use eHomeAffairs, the DHA’s dedicated online service. This seamless online process allows you to do all of the following:

  • Create profile,
  • Capture your application,
  • Attach supporting documents,
  • Make payment, and
  • Schedule appointments at Home Affairs enabled bank branches
