Thobile blasts her way through Bluff Vets race

In the half marathon distance, Neil Tupper finished in a respectable 2.17 and Terence 'Shesha' Msani came in with a good 2.22.

SUNDAY, 8 November saw a couple of members from Run Walk for Life (RWFL) Amanzimtoti tackle the annual Bluff Vets 15km and 21.1km road race.

The weather was damp and cool but for some this is ideal as seen by the result of member, Thobile Ngubane.

Her last race was the Goss and Balfe 21.1km where she completed her first half marathon in a respectable time. She has now gone on to work on her speed and it can be seen from the improvement in her pace. She finished the 15km at the Bluff in a scorching 1.22. This is an improvement of almost two minutes per kilometre in her pace. It’s almost unbelievable.

In the half marathon distance, Neil Tupper finished in a respectable 2.17 and Terence ‘Shesha’ Msani came in with a good 2.22. Neil has been out of training due to an injury and it is good to see him getting back into it and hopefully enjoying his running again.
