Striker Lifa Hlongwane has asked Black Leopards to loan him out in January transfer period because he feels coach Luc Eymael does not like him.
The 26-year-old striker played regularly under former coach Lionel Soccoia but was relegated to the bench when Eymael took over.
“I can’t play and I don’t know why?” Hlongwane told the Daily Sun.
“The first game (Eymael was in charge) I played and had an assist, we won the match. The next game I didn’t play, and the coach didn’t explain his reasons for dropping me. I told him that I want a loan move and he said I have a bad attitude. I looked at him straight in the eyes and said it’s clear you don’t like me.
“I want to leave with all my heart. I will fight for a loan move to happen. I don’t mind playing the NFD, as long as I am not under Eymael. It’s not all about money. I enjoyed myself at Leopards, but now when I go to training I feel like a baby being forced to crèche. I always drag myself there because it’s work.
“The chairman wants me to stay but it’s clear the coach doesn’t want me. I will gladly come back when Eymael is not there.”
