Isolezwe reports that Amakhosi wants Khan back at the club to work in the club’s development structures.

Khan was with Chiefs between 1999 and 2005 and was Muhsin Ertugral at one stage before returning to the club’s development academy.

The Stars of Africa director of coaching is credited for unearthing players such as Jabu (Pule) Mahlangu, Gerald Sibeko, Junior Khanye and Thabiso Malatsi.

Amakhosi lost Doctor Khumalo last month when he took a job at Baroka FC as technical director. The Chiefs legend was working in the team’s development.
