Andile Jali frustrated by lengthy transfer talks

Bafana Bafana midfielder Andile Jali says he has already made up his mind about which team he wants to join in the Absa Premiership next season.


Jali admitted to growing tired of the prolonged talks with his potential suitors in the Absa Premiership.

The former Orlando Pirates midfielder says he knows which team he wants to join, but a team needs to make an offer for him to join.

“If it was up to me, I would have signed long time ago, I would have been done. But unfortunately it is not up to me. There is a lot of paper work that has to be done,” Jali was quoted by Metro FM.

“When I first announced that I am coming back to South Africa, I thought in three weeks’ time I would be announcing which team I am joining, but there is a lot to go through before I sign.”

Jali outlined what he wished to achieve in his second stint in the Absa Premiership.

“I want to win the Caf Champions League. I am not coming here just to the sake of coming back, I want to win stuff.”
