Lorenzo Gordinho wants to carry his form for Kaizer Chiefs this season into the Bafana Bafana camp as they prepare to face Guinea-Bissau in an international friendly in Durban on Saturday.
Gordinho has been in sparkling shape for Amakhosi so far in the campaign, and has been rewarded with a first even call up to the senior national team.
“I am happy to be here,” says Gordinho.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the squad and excited to get going and to start working with the team.
“I just think I need to be consistent in my performance, to bring my performances from the club into the national team, to enjoy myself, work hard … the rest will take care of itself.”
