Pirates ready to raid Maritzburg for stars

Orlando Pirates are said to be preparing a big bid to try and persuade Maritzburg United to sell them two of their most influential players who have been in great form this season.

A source has told Phakaaathi that the Buccaneers are interested in Siphesihle Ndlovu and Andrea Fileccia.

“With the Caf Champions League also on the agenda for next season, there is a need for adding a few players and I heard that Ndlovu and Fileccia are among the players who might be lured to Orlando Stadium next season. They might offer Maritzburg some of their players in return, with the likes of Ayanda Nkosi likely to be part of the deal,” said the source.
