Phakaaathi has been tipped that former Kaizer Chiefs star George Lebese is believed to be nearing a return to the top flight football, even though his camp is holding their cards close to their chest.

Lebese last kicked a ball over a year ago in the colours of United States of America side Colorado Springs. His contract was terminated due to the Coronavirus as at the time, the US had shut their borders.
“Everyone knows what George can offer, and the fact that he has not retired yet shows that he has all the belief in his abilities. I can assure you that it will not be long until we see him dazzle in the PSL again,” a source said.
