REVEALED: The real reason why De Sa left Maritzburg
A rift in the technical team led to Roger de Sa's sudden departure from Maritzburg United, Phakaaathi has heard.

A source close to the Pietermaritzburg team said De Sa and his assistant Fadlu Davids never got along and the situation got even muddier as the team struggled to get positive results.
“Roger didn’t change much when he came in except that he gave the players who were rarely used a chance to prove themselves and brought in a few youngsters. I don’t understand why Fadlu was unhappy because he declined the job when it was offered to him, citing that he was too inexperienced, but when a new man came in he was not really happy,” said a source.
