Miss Springs 2025 entries still open for Petite, Little, Junior and Teen categories

While entries for Miss Springs 2025 have closed, younger girls still have the chance to take part, with petite, little miss, junior and teen miss categories open until September 30.

Although entries to Miss Springs 2025 closed on August 26, the younger girls still have the opportunity to enter. Chanté van Schalkwyk, the pageantry’s organiser, told Springs Advertiser that the categories for petite (three to six years), little miss (seven to nine years), junior (10-12 years), and teen miss (13-16) will close on September 30.

The entry fee for each candidate is R250, and a debutante will be crowned in each category for obtaining the most sponsorship.

“The qualities we are looking for in the pageant are for all our participants to have fun and be themselves,” said Van Schalkwyk.

Van Schalkwyk also said that venues and times will be discussed with participants closer to the event date. The categories petite and little miss will be hosted on October 17, the categories junior and teen miss on October 18, and October 25 will be the Miss Springs 2025.

She added that the Miss Springs category will have pre-events which include, but are not limited to, three photoshoots, a cocktail evening hosted by Riverside Country Estate, and interviews conducted by the Miss Springs committee and panel.

A fitness boot camp, mental health seminars, make-up demos, self-defence training, and more fun activities will be included. The teen miss category will also have a photoshoot and interviews on September 20.

“We have phenomenal sponsors and amazing prizes that will be revealed closer to the events,” she said.
