Divers do it for the homeless

Christmas is truly a wonderful season and in the Vaal several projects have made Christmas a little more special for people in need. Aquamania hosted a Christmas Dive at Bass Lake over the weekend to raise funds for their "Christmas for the Homeless" project.

“Thank you to everyone who came to Bass Lake to support our Christmas Dive. It has been a fun day filled with joy and laughter and the perfect way to end this year. The scavenger hunt was a lot of fun, and Oxies are definitely the new Bitcoin. Thank you also to everyone for your generous donations to this project. You have assisted to bring many smiles to faces around town this week and gave a little joy and hope,” says Conrad Lamont of Aquamania.
“We wish everyone and their families a wonderful Christmas and we will see each other again in the new year. What more than thank you can I say to everyone! From the generous donations, everyone’s support, all the prizes for the treasure hunt, great photos, amazing team that helped and all the wonderful friends that joined us for this fun day,” Conrad concluded.
