Liberty Group changes lives of pupils

"Irrespective of some not having proper uniforms but they still attend school."

BOIPATONG. – Almost 167 grade 1 and 2 pupils of Tshirela Primary School, in Boipatong, were blessed when the Liberty Group donated pairs of school shoes to them yesterday, June 9. Papi Mathonzi, Regional Head of Sales Liberty Group Vereeniging said is their duty to help the needy.

Mathonzi said they have identified 50 schools in Gauteng province for the duration of June month.

Ouma Monyane, principal of the school, appreciated the support from the sponsors as well as the community. She said it becomes emotional for her to look at some of the children with no proper shoes.

“Irrespective of some not having proper uniforms but they still attend school.”
