Die gewilde Vaal Mall-winkelsentrum in Vanderbijlpark het sy deure vanmiddag om 13:00 vir die dag gesluit as voorsorgmaatreël nadat protes-aksies vroeër vandag in en om Gauteng voorgekom het.
Vaal Mall sê in ‘n mediaverklaring dat die sentrum more (Dinsdag, 13 Julie) weer soos normaalweg oop sal wees.
Bykomende sekuriteit is op ‘n gereedheidsgrondslag geplaas indien die winkelsentrum deur enige onrus geraak sou word.

In light of the current protest action in and around Gauteng, a decision has been taken to close Vaal Mall from 1pm, today, 12 July. This is a precautionary measure only. Trading will resume as normal tomorrow.
Additional security is on standby should we be affected by the unrest.
The safety of our tenants, customers and staff is our priority. The situation will be monitored closely, and further closures will be communicated via social media.
