The Counselling Center offers trauma counselling by supportive and professional counsellors that help those suffering from trauma to cope with issues more easily and to equip them with coping strategies when dealing with emotions and crises that arise, so as to enable them to achieve balance and well-being.

The centre offers individual trauma counselling through one-on-one counselling by appointment.

Registered professional trauma counsellors work with clients through trauma that they have experienced. All appointments are kept strictly confidential.
