Infant found in skip bin in Savanna City
The Midvaal Local Municipality (MLM) says an infant was found in a skip bin on Tuesday morning (18 April 2023) by a member of the community in Savanna City.
MIDVAAL. – The recycler contacted the South African Police Service.
Midvaal Local Municipality said in a statement that it does not condone this behavior.
“Various avenues of help are available if you do not have the means to take care of a child. We are concerned about the welfare of the mother and request any person with information to please report it to the De Deur SAPS at 016 590 9200, PR Cllr M.
