VANDERBIJLPARK. – According to Arrive Alive, one of its community operations managers received information on a social media group regarding a hijacked vehicle at the Kroonvaal Plaza that was headed towards Vanderbijlpark on the N1.

The SAPS flying squad, Gauteng Trafic and other security partners responded to the scene, where the six suspects were successfully apprehended.

The hijacked vehicle as well as two firearms were also recovered on the scene.
