Three decomposed bodies discovered in Meyerton
An inquest docket is being investigated by Meyerton police following the gruesome discovery of three bodies in Golf Park.
MEYERTON. – Police in Meyerton are investigating a case of inquest after three bodies were discovered at Golf Park in Meyerton.
According to police, their members received a complaint from members of the community about a house on Suikerbos Street surrounded by flies.
Meyerton police spokeswoman Constable Tlaleng Moloi said “Our members proceeded to the said address on Wednesday, April 17, and on arrival, they found the house and its windows surrounded by flies.”
“Upon entering the house, three decomposed bodies of two males and one woman and two decomposed dogs were found. The bodies were declared dead on the scene by medics,” she said.
Moloi said the motive remains unknown, however, investigations are underway.
“Police request person who may have information or know anything regarding this matter to come forward and may kindly contact Warrant Officer Kekana on 073 780 9154 or 016 360 4700,” she said.
