VAALPARK – After a thrilling six-hole playoff, Daniel Cronje (-14) triumphed earlier this week at Heron Banks Golf Course to defeat fellow compatriot Keagan Thomas in the Race to Q-School #9 Bushveld Tour.

The Bushveld Tour is a South African mini-pro circuit designed for professional and competitive amateur golfers. Serving as a feeder tour, it helps players prepare for and progress to the Sunshine Tour and other major international tours.

Primarily based in Gauteng, the tour hosts 2-3 competitive tournaments per month year-round, culminating in the prestigious Srixon Tour Championship. With professionally managed events, affordable entry fees, and strong earning potential, the Bushveld Tour offers a competitive platform for both rising amateurs and seasoned professionals.
