New online system promises faster payments for Gauteng NPOs

SEDIBENG.- The Gauteng Social Development MEC Faith Mazibuko called on all Non-Profit Organisation (NPOs) funded by the Department to embrace the new online funding application system, which is set to enhance the efficiency applications and payments process.

Mazibuko was addressing NPO representatives during the mandatory training and workshop session held in Sebokeng on Monday.

The department said that the newly introduced electronic NPO Funding Management System, known as Grader, will manage all applications and payments digitally. This innovation aims to eliminate long-standing administrative delays that have historically hindered the timely processing claims and disbursements.

“This is good news for all of us. It will make our life easier by resolving persistent challenges and helping us work more efficiently. You will no longer blame officials for delays, the system will be in your hands”, MEC said.
