SEDIBENG- The Department of Home Affairs has announced the extension of operating hours at its offices from December 8 to 19, and from January 5 to 16,2026.

In a statement the department said on these days, their offices will close at 18:00, instead of 16:00.

Minister of Home Affairs, Dr Leon Schreiber, said services offered during the extended hours will be available at offices equipped to process Smart ID Cards and Passports.
