Man found stabbed in Sicelo street
Authorities are probing a fatal stabbing in Meyerton after a 37-year-old man was found lying in a street with a chest wound.

MEYERTON – Police in are investigating a murder case after the body of a man was discovered with a fatal stab wound in Sicelo.
The incident occurred along Mathanzima Street in the early hours of Saturday, authorities confirmed.
According to police spokesperson Constable Nompumelelo Zazini, officers were on duty when the incident was reported.
Upon arriving at the scene in the Sicelo area of Meyerton, police found a man lying lifeless in the street with a stab wound to the chest.
The victim was also bleeding from the mouth after sustaining the injury. He was later identified as 37-year-old Tsietsi Qeke.
At the time of discovery, the deceased was wearing blue jeans, a black-and-grey top, and blue-and-white sneakers.
Authorities have not yet established a motive for the attack, and no arrests have been made.
Police have urged anyone with information about the incident or the victim’s movements before the attack to assist investigators.
