VAALOEWER. –  Dehan Louw was crowned as the overall champion of the Vaal 113 & 56.5 Triathlon on Sunday, February 20. Louw finished the cruelling 113 event in 04:31:16. He finished the swimming (00:25:58), cycling (02:33:36), and running (lap one – 00:22:29, lap 2 – 00:22:26 and lap 3 – 00:22:54) in quick times to retain his lead. 

Leon Naude finished second in a time of 04:32:41.  Gwen Muller won the women’s division in a time of 05:55:59.  – For the full results visit www.finishtime.co.za
