Quality assets across the board
The agricultural and earthmoving equipment up for grabs includes a 2011 Claas Lexion 570 Combine & Geringhoff 8 Row Corn Header, 2010 ClaasAxion 820 and Ares 657 tractors, 2010 Leo feed mixers and spreaders, 2012 Bell HD1430 and HD2045 excavators, a 2013 Bell B18 dumper and a Kawasaki 70 ZIV wheeled loader.

The truck/tractor inventory includes a fleet of 2010 International 9800i and 2013 Iveco Stralis 480, 2009 MAN 33-480, Mercedes Benz, Nissan UD and Freightliners.
Rigid trucks to be auctioned include Toyota Dyna, Hino, Isuzu, Nissan and Volkswagen Constellation 15-180.
A collection of trailers will also go under the hammer. This stock comprises a large fleet of 2008 Afrit and Top Trailer Tautliner Link trailers, SA Truck Bodies, Henred Fruehauf side tippers and flat deck trailers.
LDVs on offer include a 2006 Toyota Land Cruiser 4.2, a 2012 Toyota Hilux 3.0 D4D, a 2010 Opel Corsa Utility 1.4, a Hyundai and Kia Nissan.
Park Village Auctions’ LeRoy Augustyn says the company’s truck and yellow metal sales continue to be “superbly” supported.
“Buyers are playing it safe, particularly as the rand and business sentiment continues to take a beating. That, and the fact that we offer quality assets across the board are buoying up demand at our auctions.
“Clearly buyers are finding real value in our inventory right now and it’s a trend we expect to last for some time to come,” Augustyn says.
