Minnie Dlamini slams rumours of marriage problems after ‘airport tiff’

Minnie has set the record straight on reports surrounding her love life.

TV personality Minnie Dlamini has lashed out against recent reports claiming there’s trouble in paradise with her husband, Quinton Jones.

Minnie did not bite her tongue over the weekend, when she told followers that any sort of negativity surrounding her marriage was a lie.

“First I’m getting divorced then I’m fighting in public with my husband. Mrs Jones ain’t going anywhere no matter what lies you try spread,” she said on Twitter.

Minnie’s comments come after Sunday Sun reported that she and Quinton were spotted having a massive blow-up at Cape Town International Airport.

Apparently several sources told the paper that Minnie was seen and heard shouting at her husband in full view of other people.

Minnie and Quinton tied the knot in fairy tale white and traditional weddings last year.

The couple’s romance hogged headlines for months as Minnie gave fans a glimpse into her special day through a three-part wedding series, which aired shortly after her big day.

During an interview on TouchCentral late last year, Minnie said she was enjoying every moment of married life and could not wait to start a family.

“I can’t wait to start a family. We know it will all happen in due time. We aren’t in a rush but we can’t wait to start a family,” she said.
