Cassper Nyovest wants a rematch after losing fight against NaakMusiQ

Cassper Nyovest said he is waiting for NaakMusiQ's team to confirm the rematch.


The anticipated celebrity boxing match between Cassper Nyovest and NaakMusiQ had fans entertained on Saturday night, with NaakMusiQ taking the victory.

Musician Cassper Nyovest has since asked for a rematch citing that he is waiting for Naak’s team to confirm.

While actor and musician NaakMusiQ, real name Anga Makubalo, won the big fight, both him and Cassper Nyovest (Refiloe Refilwe Phoolo) held it down at the ring in Sun City last night.

Celebrities and fans congratulated both entertainers for bringing a much-needed spark back into South African boxing.

Fans had mixed feelings about the idea of a rematch, with some feeling as though different opponents were needed, while others said Cassper could not take a loss.

Cassper explained during the boxing press conference on 30 March that him losing would be tough, as social media tends to be harsher on him.

One Netizen said Cassper should give other people a chance to participate in the entertainment.

Celebrities have congratulated both Cassper and Naak for the great entertaining night.

Cassper has been vocal with on which other opponents he would like to have in the ring, He wants to fight Prince Kaybee and AKA ( Kiernan Forbes) accusing them of being all tweets but no action.

Cassper and AKA had a boxing match in talks, but it never fell through, they both blamed each other in one of their back and forth social media exchanges.

This is a match fans would like to happen as the both artists have a long beef which does not seem like will be squashed anytime sooner.

AKA’s replies may suggest that we should not anticipate any fight soon.
