Liggie hockey teams participate in play-offs

Ligbron’s three boy hockey teams recently took part in the Mpumalanga play-offs.

The first team played two matches on Hoërskool Nelspruit’s turf, winning Nellies with a score of 4-1 and Curro Bakenveld 7-1.

The u16’s played at Hockey Farm, where they unfortunately lost both of their matches. Scoring 2-4 against Hoërskool Nelspruit and 1-4 against Hoërskool Generaal Hertzog.

The u14’s drew both of their games against Rob Ferreira High School and Hoërskool Generaal Hertzog on Hoërskool Secunda’s turf.
