Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 204 degrees Celsius.

  6. Add the lemon juice, sweet chilli sauce, and honey to the pan and mix until combined.
  7. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook until thickened (3-4 minutes). The mixture will become a thicker consistency as it sits.
  8. Place pork chops in a serving dish and glaze sauce over top of them. Enjoy immediately!
