Enjoy this mushroom and beef slider with garlic mayonnaise with the following easy steps.

Serves: 4

Ingredients
* 10ml olive oil
* 250g portabelini mushrooms, chopped
* 250g lean beef mince
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 125ml dried bread crumbs
* 1 small handful flat leaf parsley, chopped
* 1 egg
* 10ml worcestershire sauce
* 15ml tomato paste
* 2ml salt
* 2ml ground pepper
* 8 mini bread rolls
* 1 handful salad greens
* 50ml good quality mayonnaise
* 70ml greek yoghurt
* 1 clove garlic, crushed

Preparation
* Heat the olive oil and add the mushrooms, sauté the mushrooms until golden.
* In a large mixing bowl, mix the mince, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, egg, worcester shire sauce and tomato paste. Season with the salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms. Mix together well and form into small meat patties. Allow to rest in the fridge for a couple moments.
* Place the meat balls onto a baking tray and brush the meatballs with a little olive oil.
* Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes or until done to your liking.
* To serve, cut the bread rolls, and pile with the salad greens, top with the mushroom patty.
* Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and garlic together and add a teaspoon to each slider. Enjoy with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Cooks tip: Instead of using beef mince, try a tasty alternative by pork or chicken mince.
