Mbombela United and TS Sporting could be back in action soon

If the games continue as envisaged, it would give the teams representing Nsikazi and Mbombela in the GladAfrica Championship, Mbombela United and TS Sporting, an opportunity to end the season in grand style.

GladAfrica Championship games could return to both KaNyamazane and KaBokweni stadiums by the end of this month.
Even though the Premier Soccer League (PSL) and the South African Football Association are still to formally outline plans to ensure that players are not at risk of contracting and spreading Covid-19, the government is considering allowing the beautiful game back, but behind closed doors.
Earlier this week, non-contact sport, such as tennis and golf, were given the green light to resume by government.

The world football controlling body, Fifa, has given all leagues across the globe until the end of July to complete their fixtures.

TS Sporting are 13th on the table with 24 points. They have already played 23 games and have seven remaining before the season closes.
They should avoid relegation, especially if they can win all their home games and fight for away points.
Mbombela United are 14th with 23 points after 24 games.
They need to fight tooth and nail to remain in this tough division.
Tingwenyama, as they are fondly known, have much experience especially in the GladAfrica Championship.
Both Sporting and United are eagerly awaiting the go-ahead and have this season done and dusted once and for all.
