BURGERSFORT – The first bridal expo in the Greater Sekhukhune was presented at Thaba Moshate Hotel Casino and Convention Resort last weekend. Exhibitors had an opportunity to showcase their products and services to future and eager young brides.
Being the first of its kind in Tubatse, it created a lot of feet under one roof where guests were treated with beauty samples, make-up tutorials and a fashion show
on Saturday.
“I really enjoyed the expo. The event at the pool deck of the Thaba Moshate Hotel created a nice spring feeling. The exhibitors also did not disappoint, the table decor and wedding gowns on display took my breath away,” said Marietjie van der Merwe.
Clifford Ngakane, general manager of Thaba Moshate said the bridal expo was an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to showcase their designs, wedding cakes and anything to do with weddings.
“Thaba Moshate is committed to support local business opportunities. We will continue to have small youth-driven and local business-support programmes.”
