Learners compete in Athletics

BURGERSFORT – There was an athletics spectacle as the local learners from all circuits in the Fetakgomo Greater Tubatse Municipality participated in various competitions last Friday.

The games were held at Alverton’s Lehlabile secondary School . The competition saw all primary schools learners competing to represent the Tubatse Cluster in Groblersdal. Among the sporting codes displayed were athletics, javelin, shot put, high jump and long jump. Some of the schools that excelled in the sports included Sekabate, Tantanyane, Madinoge and Nthame primary schools . Pick N Pay Steelpoort sponsored the learners with water.
