Barberton Bridge Club dissolved but helping the community

Barberton Methodist Church, the Feeding Scheme and Care Buddies will each receive R1 000 from the Bridge club's coffers.

BARBERTON – Barberton Times recently published a notice informing the community that the Barberton Bridge Club, founded in 1987, had to be dissolved due to lack of membership.

During the closure meeting, the remaining members had to make a decision about the club’s remaining funds. It was decided to donate the money to three organisations in town.
