Tubatse Gala Event 2013 – Excellence Awards

TUBATSE – The Tubatse Prestige Gala night was held on November 14 at Tubatse Chrome Club. The function is an annual event to reward employees for their outstanding performance.

This year the gala evening was combined with the long service function. Employees with service of 20 to 35 years were thanked and
received certificates.

The following employees were honoured with certificates for their outstanding service:
Best Production Operator – Winner Thomas Phiri, Nelson Moraba, Simon Makola, Klaas
Maakamela, Lazarus Mogoane, Simon Nkosi and Lucas Mamaila.
Best Production Operator – Clarah Morema, Flawrence Mohlatlole, winner
Collen Komane and Elsie Malekane.
Best Artisan – Winner Koos Joubert, Johan Malan, Wickus van Tonder, Matthews Mokabane, Eddie Muller, Moses
Mothokwa, Bright Mokete and Gideon Nkwana.
Best Maintenance Supervisor – Winner Chris Oosthuizen, Mhlengi Ndimande, Kobus Erasmus,
Ronald Krause and Rungwe Sibanda.
Best Production Supervisor – Claudios Madanire and winner Jackson Mathaila.
Best SHEQ Practitioner – Winner Maryna Herman.
Best Engineer – Sibahle Khumalo, JJ van der Walt and winner Juan Gibson.
Employee of the year – Winner Gerrie de Wet, Maureen Knoetze, Wilna Volschenk
and Chris Oosthuizen.
Long service awards of 20 years – Chris Boshoff, Jimmy Wentworth, Hendrik Graaff and Simon Choma.
30 years – Stephen Mmola.
