Galore entertainment at Winterveld
The festival was attended by people from all corners of the country and entertainment was galore as the event was filled with numerous activities, ranging from Mr & Miss Winterveld, a potjiekos and strong man competition, to mention but a few. Artists who performed were Adam Tas, Bongi, Juba, Charne Grabie, Vasti and Armand the singing Cowboy among others.
STEELPOORT – The annual Winterveld Festival took place at Winterveld Recreational Club from August 22 to 23. Samancor Eastern Chrome Mines hosted the event for locals to enjoy top entertainment for two days. It was a great opportunity for informal traders as they managed to sell most of their goods. An amusement park was also erected for kids to have a lot of fun.
