Brian Nkosi reappear in the Barberton Magistrate’s Court last Tuesday, November 11 where his case was postponed to Tuesday, November 18.
At the time of going to print, his verdict was still unknown. Nkosi, who worked at Buhle Buyeta Preschool at New Village in Emjindini, was arrested on November 3 on suspicion of rape and sexual assault.
It’s alleged that on Saturday, October 4, he is suspected of having raped an 11-year old girl at the preschool premises.
On a date another victim can’t remember, another 11-year old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted by Nkosi after he allegedly forcefully kissed and touched her private parts.
Both cases were reported to the Barberton police station on November 3, which was almost a month it happened.
Both victims attend Ngwane Combined School in Emjindini. The case against Nkosi is currently handled by the family violence, child protection and sexual offence unit.
