MBOMBELA – Premier Mr David Mabuza’s office says it will make no comment at this stage on reports which have surfaced in the media about him allegedly suing Mr Mathews Phosa for R10 million.
It was reported today that Mabuza has filed a suit against Phosa, a former premier of the province, after he allegedly sent ANC bigwigs an email claiming Mabuza was an apartheid era spy who worked for the government from 1985-1993.
Mr Zibonele Mncwango, spokesman for the premier’s office, said, ”We cannot comment on what is in the media at this stage but a necessary judicial process will be followed.”
He said Mabuza would comment on Tuesday, after he has met with the ANC’s national executive on the weekend.
