Student receives multiple distinctions

BURGERSFORT – Harmony Sefiti, a matriculant of Calvin College had a big surprise when she received her final results on Tuesday. She passed matric with seven distinctions and was announced the top learner in the Greater Tubatse Municipality.

“I was so nervous about coming to school today to receive my marks. I was hoping for many distinctions. I worked hard and anything less would have been a failure for me. I feel overwhelmed with the news. It’s something I have wanted for so long and I finally got it. I will start my studies in accounting science at the University of Pretoria this year. My main goal is to become a chartered accountant,” said Harmony.
