MBOMBELA – The municipal manager Mr Noko Seanego appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court today.
He had previously been arrested on a charge of fraud.
This morning the matter was struck off the roll.
The charge was related to the alleged irregular appointment of specialised security officers in the municipality.
The executive mayor Mr Sibusiso Mathonsi had previously indicated that he would let the law take its course and not investigate the allegations internally.
